You can delete your Bella account in the app. If you cannot, email us and we delete it for you.
Delete your account in the app
Do these steps:
- Open Bella and go to Profile.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm.
You cannot undo this.
Delete your account by email
If your app does not show Delete Account, or you cannot sign in, email support@bellachat.app. Ask us to delete your account, and tell us your username (you can see it in Profile).
What we delete
We delete your account, your chats, your gems, and your private characters. Characters that you published can stay available to people who already chat with them, but they no longer show you as the creator.
We keep purchase and gem transaction records for billing and legal reasons. After deletion, these records are no longer linked to you.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it in your Apple or Google Play account. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
