Email us at support@bellachat.app. Tell us your username (you can see it in Profile) and your device (iPhone or Android). For a purchase problem, also tell us the date of the purchase.
Purchases and gems
Email us if a charge or your gem balance looks wrong, or if a paid action fails. Apple and Google handle refunds for purchases made in their stores. The Terms of Use explain refunds.
Delete your account
You can delete your account in the app, or ask us to delete it.
What's free, what's paid?
Chatting is free, with a daily message limit. Bella Plus removes the daily limit and adds more models, longer replies and longer memory. Current pricing is shown in the app before you subscribe.
Why is it 18+?
Bella is made for adults. Stories can touch mature themes, so the app is for people 18 and over.
Does it sync across devices?
Save your account in Profile, then sign in with the same account on your other phone. Your chats follow you.
